1. The Promotion
The "Text to win" part of this promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, excluding employees and their immediate families of Noesis Systems Ltd, their agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants must also be 18 years or over.
The Donation part of this promotion is open to anyone, excluding employees and their immediate families of Noesis Systems Ltd, their agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Entry to the promotion is via premium rate text message or by donating a minimum of £2.00 via our donation page.
Competition will run until 31st October 2009
Entries received after this date will not be counted however you will still be charged.
Prizes - Each text or Donation will be one entry into the end of month prize draw for the 1st prize of an iPod Shuffle. In addition, a daily draw will take place for the emote - Noesis /GetALife. If entering by mobile phone, you will also receive access to a variety of mobile phone games.
There is no limit on number of entries. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

Premium Text - Terms & Conditions
By sending the text "chatwbc" to the following number- 88802 - you deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You must be over 18 years of age. We accept no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered messages, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry; or (3) for any event which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt.
The sender pays their operators normal text charge (this charge may vary dependant to the entrant's mobile contract and their network provider) to send a text to us, and is charged at a Premium Rate of £1.50p to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a "roaming" basis addition costs to the operators standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
The charge (TEXT 'CHATWBC' to 88802) is £1.50 per message received.

For text entries the winner will be the owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent from.
Entries via Donation - Terms & Conditions
Donations of £2.00 or more on the UK chat will automatically be entered into the daily draw on the day the donation is recieved as 1 (one) entry.
All daily entries will qualify for the final monthly draw.
Only entries with ChatName included will qualify.
3. The Prize
1st Prize is a Brand New iPod Shuffle
- 4GB which holds up to 1,000 songs
Each entrant will be entered into a daily draw for the Noesis /GetALife emote.
There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control we reserve the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
4. Winners
The iPod winner will be notified, either by shipmail or by SMS to the mobile number used for entry within one week of the closing date.
In the event of an entrants' mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, Noesis Systems Ltd is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
In the event of a winning entrants' ChatName being disabled for whatever reason, Noesis Systems Ltd is not responsible for ensuring its return.
Winners may be announced in a Monthly Noesis Newsletter and also on the Chat Competition page.
The winner will be the first randomly drawn valid entry.
For the winner's name and their county, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to 'ChatWBC Winner' at the address below within 7 days of the campaign ending.
5. Prize Responsibilities
By entering this competition, you abide by the terms laid out by Noesis Systems Ltd.
Limitations of liability: Noesis Systems Ltd do not assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any profile which has been disabled for whatever reason
Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions
Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof
Any injury or damage to participants that may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion
Non or late receipt of text messages due to operator or network error.
Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
Noesis Systems Ltd will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority.
The rules of this competition shall be governed by English Law.
